Will pressure cleaning damage my surfaces?
Not the way we do it. Damage comes from using one pressure setting on everything. We run high pressure on sound concrete, and switch to low-pressure soft washing on render, paint, timber and roofing. If a surface is too fragile to clean safely, we'll tell you before we start — not after.
How often should I have my home pressure cleaned?
Every 12–18 months for most Sydney homes. Coastal properties (Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs) cop salt and moisture that accelerate mould, so annual cleaning keeps them ahead of it. Shaded, south-facing surfaces also regrow faster.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
