Yes — Safe Work Method Statements, public liability certificates and any site-specific induction paperwork are prepared and supplied before work commences. If your site runs a contractor management system, we complete it as part of mobilisation.
Can you remove heavy grease and hydraulic oil from concrete floors?
Yes — this is where hot-water pressure washing earns its keep. Heated water combined with industrial degreasers emulsifies hydrocarbons that cold water just spreads around. Long-standing contamination may need repeat treatment, but the difference after one pass is dramatic.
How do you handle wastewater and trade waste rules?
We assess your site's drainage during quoting — where runoff can't go to stormwater, we implement capture and containment measures (bunding, wet vacuums) and work to your trade-waste requirements. It's planned before we start, not improvised on the day.
Can you work around a live production schedule?
Yes — nights, weekends and planned shutdown windows are our standard operating pattern for live industrial sites. We section large areas so access corridors stay open and coordinate with your shift supervisors throughout.
