Most two and three-storey facades are reached safely from the ground with telescopic and extension equipment — no scaffold or boom hire needed, which keeps costs down dramatically. Taller structures are assessed individually during quoting for the right access solution.

Will washing damage our painted render?

No — painted and rendered facades are soft washed: low-pressure detergent application that dissolves grime and mould without stressing paint film or render. High pressure on painted render is how facades end up patchy, which is why we never use it there.

How often should a commercial building be washed?

Annually for most Sydney buildings; six-monthly for main-road, high-pollution or coastal locations. The southern face and gutter lines always deteriorate first — if they're streaking, the building is due.
